There’s something about waking up to the first frost that makes home feel a little cozier. Outside, the grass glitters beneath a thin silver blanket, and the last golden leaves cling to the trees. Inside, the floors are cold beneath my feet, and the first thing on my mind is a fresh, hot cup of coffee.
On mornings like these, I love making a fresh batch of homemade coffee creamer. While the coffee brews, I stir together brown sugar, cream, milk, and vanilla, watching the sugar melt into something sweet and silky. It’s a small morning ritual, but one that makes an ordinary day feel special.
With its mellow caramel sweetness and generous splash of vanilla, this creamer is just right for a frosty autumn morning. Pour a little into your coffee, wrap your hands around your favourite mug, and enjoy a quiet moment before the house wakes up.
